Oribe is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day window for returns on all products purchased directly through our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your luxury hair care experience, we provide a seamless return process to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the provided prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original Oribe packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
